IRONBBRATZ Exhibition & Afterparty Success!

o all week I've been manically busy helping out my friends at the IRONBBRATZ gallery set up there show, FTPA, at 174 Saltmarket.

Monday - We got flyers and business cards printed at Mailboxes Etc. on Woodlands road for a very reasonable price and great quality prints. Collected the keys to the space, met with the artists ready to view/install work in the space and had to be in the space at all times while artists were there for insurance purposes.

Tuesday - The van run. A friend helped move some of the artists work down to the space and Jessie and I began working on screenprinting the t-shirts. Artists were in installing and again we had to be there for insurance purposes.

Wednesday - More artists in to install work - the show begins to really to come together. Waiting while artists install.

Thursday - The night of the opening. Cake baking in the morning to sell at the show. During the day all the artists were finishing up installing, lighting their work and we were all getting the space looking clean and professional for the opening. The beer run also had to take place during the day which meant a lot of heavy lifting.

The exhibition went brilliantly! Estimated at over 100 people through the doors and the work was very well received. Everyone had a great time.

Then up to Nice 'n' Sleazys for the afterparty. Here's the flyer designed by Robbie Thomson.

The afterparty went fantastically as well and it was a very successful event all round! What a very eventful week.
